We are seeking a Truck Sales Representative to join our team in Shartlesville, PA. The successful candidate must exude positive energy and perseverance to develop and grow sales for our new and used truck departments. In addition, successful candidates must possess superior organization and time management skills.

We offer a very competitive compensation plan that includes commission pay. Candidates with previous experience in truck, auto, or heavy equipment sales preferred.

Primary Responsibilities
· Keep current with new products and promotions.
· Manage existing customers. Seek and develop new customers. This includes personal visits to existing and potential new customers in an assigned territory.
· Learn the Kenworth truck specing process, proposal development, order completion, and deal closure procedures.
· Be an effective administrator and have the ability to communicate.

Minimum Requirements:
· Previous sales experience with heavy duty trucks highly desirable. Sales experience with automobiles and/or heavy equipment will also be considered.
· Excellent customer service experience and strong communication skills. Must be reliable, friendly, customer focused and team oriented.
· Solid time management, analytical skills, and computer skills are necessary
· Class B or A CDL (including manual shift transmissions) is preferred upon hire. A minimum of a CDL learner’s permit will be required within six months of employment.

We are looking for a diesel mechanic to join our team in McKees Rocks, PA who will be enthusiastic about growing professionally and helping us deliver the exceptional service that our customers expect. The opening is on first shift, Monday through Friday.
 
We seek experienced mechanics as well as applicants with training in diesel technology at the high school or technical school level. Some work experience or education in diesel repair is required. Exact starting wage will be determined by amount of education, certifications, and work experience. Sign on bonus for all newly hired technicians; tool incentive program for recent graduates of technical schools.
Primary responsibilities:
  • Accurately diagnose vehicle problems based on customer complaints and inspection
  • Document work in progress on computer system
  • Perform repairs according to dealership standards and factory specs
  • Road test vehicle, if necessary.
 Qualifications:
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
  • Must be able to work independently with limited supervision
  • PACCAR, Cummins, CAT & ASE certifications a plus but not required
  • Valid State Inspection License a plus but not required
  • Valid CDL License preferred but not required
