On Friday, October 16, 2026, the Kenworth of Pennsylvania, Lancaster, PA, branch, hosted an Open House for customers, employees, vendors, and their families. The event was the official unveiling of its newly expanded facility in Mount Joy, PA, and offered visitors an opportunity to tour the expanded space, learn more about the facility’s capabilities, and discover first-hand how the improvements will support its continued growth and service in the Lancaster County community.
The event was well attended by many members of the Lancaster trucking community with food, fun, and activities for all ages. Throughout the day, a series of activities took place including facility tours, Kenworth truck test drives, local food trucks, and much more. A vendor fair was also held with participation from several industry partners, including Paccar, Motor Truck PacLease, Cummins, CAT, Fleetguard, Dana, Matt Brown Heavy Duty, Truck-Lite, Hendrickson, Bendix, Eaton, and Weller.
“The expansion of our facility represents an important milestone for Kenworth of Pennsylvania in Lancaster County,” said James Jack, Lancaster Store Manager. “With these renovations, we have greatly improved our ability to service the Lancaster County area and better meet the needs of our trucking community,” continued Jack.
Enhancements and upgrades customers can experience at the expanded Lancaster location include a 2,000 square-foot truck parts warehouse with $1.2 million of on-hand inventory, 13 total service bays, and abundant truck and trailer parking. With these enhanced resources and easy access from PA Route 283, the upgraded facility in Lancaster allows Kenworth of Pennsylvania to better serve all customers’ needs.
